Shibuya. The place for Joshua's somewhat cruel game. The place where Beat and Eri came to terms with their inner demons. A place where Neku learned to appreciate others. Maybe that was Shibuya's charm. The ability to bring people together who would otherwise ignore each other. We, as humans, tend to take each other for granted and the only way to get people in the same room is to give them a similar goal. If we were more spontaneous we wouldn't need to be forced together to open up a bit. Though that maybe asking too much. Opening up is something that is learned and even then if the listener doesn't cooperate constructively it could make one emotionally inert, but with that said we should at least try. You never really know what kind of people you'll meet.
Mr. H closed his notebook, locked up his café and went to bed. Sanae had a habit of cataloging any event and his surroundings, a hobby really. It's just put everything into perspective, but earlier he had received a distressing call from Joshua.
"Hello, Mr. H?"
"Hey, Josh. What's up?"
"I have a bit of a problem."
"Well, how serious is it? Because if I have to talk shampoo with you again--"
"It's about the noise."
"....What?"
"Yeah, the noise have started to invade the RG."
"Huh? How is that possible? They aren't even sentient."
"I'm aware of that, so I have to believe that some reaper is pulling the strings on this one, especially since I keep sensing one"
"This is one hell of a reaper to do something like that."
"True, but by the time Paradox and I hush the noise it's gone. So I--"
"Paradox?"
"A friend I made when I was shopping for some Dragon Coutier. He's a bit of a problem, but he can handle himself. Speaking of which I need you to contact my proxy for me."
"Can't you call him?"
"I did, but he never picks up. Geez, you give the boy a life changing experience and still you get no respect."
"Maybe, he's still steamed about that prank you pulled on him."
"Hmph. If that's the case he more of a girl than I thought. Anyhoo, I need you to call Neku and tell him to make a pact with a guy in full Dragon Coutier with dreadlocks at Hachiko's statue around noon."
"Well, that should be easy to recognize. I'm on it, but what're you going to do?"
"I'm going to see if I can track him down while Neku and Paradox are busy and feel free to keep an eye out yourself. Ciao."
"Later and good luck.", as distressing as that was, Mr. H started to contemplate on what to do with Neku. He couldn't say anything about Joshua to him with the fear of him hanging up, then he remembered he was CAT, Neku's idol. He had the boy's attention, to say the least so he thought a little white lie would do good here.
"Hey, Neku."
"How's it going?"
"Great actually. I just got approved to make another mural."
"Freakin' rad, Mr. H, but why are you telling me this?"
"I want you to help me out with this."
"...."
"Neku?"
"O-o-o-of course! Yes! I'll do it!"
"Great. Meet me at Hachiko at noon, so we can talk about art."
"I'll be there and don't worry. I won't disappoint."
"Good. See ya' there.", and as he hung up Sanae couldn't help, but feel sorry for the kid. He was about to be pulled into another 'game' without his consent because of Joshua, again. Neku isn't going to appreciate this one bit.

A/N: Feel free to correct any errs on my part in your review of this aside from the 'Noise can't exist on the RG', if that was a rule. Gotta break some rules to make good stories. Also, I feel this is chatty, but the game was too, so it's okay? Help.
