Lea Tiger: I'm typing this one-shot because I just got inspired….I'm still working the bug out Crazy in Love….I may make a prequel story so that everyone will get to know Shawnra better and so I can build her character a little.

A Mother's Love

Naruto laid there as the last rays of the sun slowly disappeared behind the dark storm clouds. Sasuke stood over him looking down.

"Naruto…I…," started Sasuke seriously. He stopped when he felt a rain drop. He looked up at the gray storm clouds. He looked at the sky with the look of a young child that has to seen too much. Then his mark twinges as if to remind him why he left his village. He grabs it and moans in pain. He falls to his knees because of the pain and chokes on air. His face is closed to Naruto's and looks at him. He stares at Naruto as the rain falls down all around them.

(Scene Change)

(After Sasuke had left and before Kakashi had arrived)

Sitting by the still figure of the young hokage wannabe was a ghostly apparition of a woman. She was weeping as laid the young blond-haired shinobi in her lap.

"My poor poor baby," whispered the distress ghostly figure. She gently runs her ghostly finger through his hair.

"My poor child you had to suffer so much. Please forgive me baby for never being there as you grew up." Naruto's deceased mother said. She was still crying and running her fingers through his hair.

"I was so weak after giving birth to you. With the Kyuubi attack so many wounded and dying shinobi were coming in. So, it wasn't a surprised to me that I died. I never thought that you, my little one, would end up the vessel for the Kyuubi. I did not see it coming baby." She whispered depressingly. "I can't let you die here in this valley. I know that fox can heal you much faster. But I want to helo this one time before I go."

Then she laid her ghostly hand over the wound created by that BOY'S chidori and a blinding white light appeared. It slowly closed the wound, but not all the way. "I can not heal it all the way baby." Whispered his mother. " I guess the fox can take care of the rest."

She gently laid hi head on the ground and stood up. Her from was much more faint now. One could barely make out her features. "It looks like it time for me to go," she bended done and kissed his forehead. "I love you sweetie with all my heart." She said as she slowly disappeared.

"Don't give up on your friend, sweetie. I know he still care deep down." Was the last thing she said before she went to her finally resting place.
