hey guys! i wrote this chapter on holiday (and chapter two) . i went to Skegness and stayed a week without wifi for fanfiction! i might start writing songs for the chapters. Any suggestions? if you do have any pm or review them and i will add the song to the chapter. ENJOY!

clary and jace were chilling in the penthouse (there secret hideout given to them for the time being) . They were looking through files when clary got a text. she stood up and looked at jace. "simon wants to meet up, you can handle some files for me right?". jace nodded and grabbed her pile of files. she sighed and walked out.

clary p.o.v

i entered Simon's recording studio, ran up to him and hugged him "hey simon!" . he pushed me off him.i looked at him in shock. "i'm breaking up with you clary" he said looking at me emotionlessly. "why?" i say holding back my tears. "you wont put out and it's pissing me off" he said looking at his bodyguard, Jordan, and motioning him to remove me from the room. i scoff and slap him across the face "ass". simon placed his hand over his now red cheek and turned around. Jordan smiled at me before ushering me out the door.

i stormed to Simon's apartment and picked up all my stuff i had there including pictures , his band t-shirt and this snow globe he brought me for Christmas . i stuffed the items into my batman backpack that i kept there. i got a taxi to the penthouse.i walked in the door hoping jace wouldn't notice my anger. as i entered jace looked at . he stood up and grabbed the bag of me and thew it on sofa. he turned back to me and pulled me into a hug. he asked what was wrong. i didn't answer and started crying.

jace p.o.v

clary was crying. she hardly ever cries. what the fuck had simon done to her. god i want to brake his neck. clary pulled back from me and said that simon broke up with her cause she wouldn't 'do him'.god what a piece of shit. she told me that she had gone his apartment after and took some stuff which she stuffed in her backpack id taken off her. she went over to it, opened it and pulled some photos out ans tore them in half. she destroyed everything in the bag and instead of putting back in the batman bag she shoved them in a brown paper bag ( A/N: like McDonalds bags) and texted someone . she grabbed my hand and pulled me to a taxi. when we came to a recording studio i knew what she was doing. we saw simon. she gave the bag to simon and waited for him to open it. he was shocked . clary stuck her finger up at him and we walked off. we decide to walk back to the penthouse. just as we were about to enter the apartment building we both got an email on our iPad from Hodge.
