The box. Jack didn't know of he could stand one more look inside that damn box. He opened it anyway, because he knew he would have to, one day. Might as well get it done now. The pictures and memories of his past were held in that tiny tin box. One of his wife, the one from so long ago. His children. A picture of the Doctor with Rose leaning up against the side of the TARDIS. But now, he had to add four new pictures. Owen. Tosh. Gwen. Ianto. He usually wrote a little something on the backs of the pictures because even after a 100 years. He wanted to remember them. All the painful times, but also the happy ones.
Owen- the one who cared, but wouldn't show it.
Tosh- the bright and shining girl too smart for her own good.
Gwen- the only one left in Torchwood who had a heart.
Ianto- lived underneath a mask of pain and sadness but I loved him all the same.
Jack shifted through the pictures but then neatly stacked the memories back inside. He pushed his tin box into his World War II coat whose pockets were bigger on the inside, thanks to the Doctor. He ordered a drink from the bartender. At the moment he was on this random planet, in an alien bar. Then he was handed a note. "I ordered a drink not a piece of paper!" Jack thought and almost said but before the words slipped out of his mouth, he saw a brown trench coat. It was the Doctor. Then Jack looked at the note, it said "his name is Alonzo". Jack was slightly confused. Who is Alonzo? The Doctor gestured to the man sitting next to him. Well, He could definitely use a distraction. He always need a good distraction after looking in that damn tin box. The one full of painful memories. "Hello Alonzo."
A/N- The Doctor is from Doctor Who but I didn't think this was much of a crossover so I didn't label it as one. This is just a little story I created when I woke up this morning. Don't know why I gave it the title Interplanetary Scrap Book but it sounded cool sooo... Enjoy my fellow fan fiction reader/writers.
