She was home again. More than that, she was grateful to see her family again. She was happy to see everyone, even her daughter, Azula. Despite bad blood between them, how she acted when she was just a young girl, she was happy to be able to see her. She was escorted through the halls of the mental institution her nose crinkled up in disgust from the foul odor from the deranged inhabitants.
Ursa peered into the cell where Azula was being held. She saw her child restrained by many chains, more then she had seen on any other prisoner. She frowned.
"Mother?" the girl muttered as she picked up her head to glare at Ursa.
Ursa could tell that Azula was resisting the urge to blurt out cruel words at her. Her daughter reminded her of a caged animal. Once the animal knows the punishment for their hostility, it would learn not to act that way to be considered tamed and avoid punishment.
