Hello! This is my first FanFiction, and I really hope that you like it. I will ( if you like it) add more chapters, around once a week, but if you don't like it please could you comment on how I could make my writing better in your opinion? Thank you :), and I hope you enjoy!
" Come on James, stop staring at Evans. "
I feel a tug at my arm, in a desperate attempt to drag me away from the vision of Lily that is before me.
" Come on mate. Stop it. It's getting weird."
Meh. Sirius can wait. He's not going to go anywhere is he? Peter and, surprisingly, Remus are in detention for being 'disruptive' (apparently eating is not allowed in class. Or, as a matter of fact, nor is cooking pasta in class allowed either. Remus's excuse is he needs to keep his energy up for his OWL'S, which are in less than 2 weeks. Not sure what Peter's is, though) and so Sirius is stuck with me unless he wants to be bored by himself. Ha.
I finally drag myself away from Lily's perfect face (Amber hair, a light dusting of freckles, honey eyes… gorgeous. I'm in love...) to look up at Sirius's ugly mug, meaning that in the fondest way possible. We leave the café in which we have been sitting and eating great quantities of food (it's our weekly trip to Hogsmede) and I look up at him expectantly.
" Yeah?" I say. Sirius looks at me, sighs in exasparation, grabs me by the arm and drags me out the shop, into the busy high street. There, he looks at me, annoyed and starts talking fast.
" Come on mate. GET A GRIP. You need to get out of this rut, ok? You're obsessed with Lily Evans, and I hate to break it to you, but the feeling isn't mutual." He pauses, but only to move out the way of an irritable old lady whose trying to get into the café.
" You need to get out there. Have some fun. See some more girls- you can have anyone you like, they're all in love with you."
" But what if I don't want any other girls?" I whine.
Sirius holds up a long list, titled 'Ways to get James to move on.' A number of bullet points are on the list, the first of which states
' Drink a love potion and fall in love with another girl.'
" I'm thinking of Shelia Wilson" He says calmly. " We start next week."
