Hey guys so this was something that I just came up with and hope you enjoy it. I'm also finishing up my other works so look out for updates for them. (^ ~ ^)/~

It was mid-spring and the weather wasn't letting up any time soon. It has been raining constantly going on to two weeks. Several roads have flooded with the heavy rainfall, but school was still going as this type of weather wasn't uncommon for them. Sounds of laughter could be heard from the playground behind the large fencing that enclosed it. Looking from the outside it seemed as everyone was enjoying the rain puddles that gathered in scattered rows on the floor and slides that turned into waterslides. Multiple little figures dressed in rain coats with matching boots and hats could be seen running through the jungle gym playing tag as others hopped from one puddle to the next trying to get the bigger splash. But looking closer you could see a small shape standing alone. Their coat wasn't vibrant like the rest of the group, nor was there a hat to protect their head from the rain. They stood alone away from the joy filled children. The teacher didn't seem to mind or acknowledge the lone child that would be drenched in soggy clothes. The bell would ring and the laughter would die down as the herd of colors would head inside to the warmth of the building with the teacher. Including the small child that stood alone…..
(Inside the building)
Play time was over and sounds of squeaking boots filled the hall as the students filed inside to take off their boots and coats. Conversations sprang from the mouths of the children until a loud slap was heard. It became dead silent as little heads turned to where the sound came from only to see the teacher with a hand raised in the air and a little girl's head turned to the side. Yelling came from the teacher about the little girl with deep brown hair being soaked thoroughly once again. However, when the teacher asked her why she was like that, the little girl remained still as the teacher's anger grew. Soon a door to another classroom slid open to reival a teacher. Quickly seeing what was going to happen they quickly ushered the children into their empty room. Whispers grew common with the kids as they spoke about the girl getting what she deserves as if they understood the meaning of it. With the clicking of the door being shut the anger fuelled teacher grabbed the small girls arm and proceeded to drag her down the hall into the sound proof room that was at the end of it. Once inside the teacher began to discipline the girl in an efforts to get a response out of her. However, the little girl refused to speak a sound or give any sounds of pain or discomfort as the teacher broke and bruised her lithe body. This lasted for an hour until the teacher gave up in frustration. Leaving the broke girl in the room she rushed to the office to call the parents of the child, but inside the room the girl curled up into a ball and began to sing.
Far, far above the clouds against the setting sun
A falcon flies all alone soaring in the wind
I hear his lonely so sad must he be
Riding the silent wind a falcon flies alone
Reaching out with his wings grasps the empty sky
Riding the silent wind never can he rest
What it is within my heart no one can ever know
A heart like a falcon's is the very heart
What it is within my heart no once can ever know
Lonley falcon in the empty sky…
Soon faint sobs could be heard coming from her as she cried alone in the dark room awaiting her parents….
