One Shot
(Yay I took a break from If you want and wrote a one shot. Its just something I needed to get out of my head. Invader Zim belongs to Jhonan and the Song "As Long as Your mine" belongs to who ever wrote the musical Wicked)
Zim laid next to Dib, looking deeply into the boys eyes. The two young lovers lay looking into each other's eyes. Neither boy had ever felt this type of happiness.
"Hold me too tight, Zim," Dib said. "I need help believing that you're with me tonight."
Zim ran his gloved hand along Dib's soft cheek. "Just for this moment as long as you're mine. I have let everything go. You have got me seeing everything differently. I don't care about taking over the world. All I care about is laying here with you. All I care is right now. Right here, you are mine."
"What if this is all we have Zim?" Dib asked. "What if this small moment of happiness is the last thing we share? What if tomorrow one or both of us doesn't come back?"
"Then lets not spoil it," Zim replied. "So what there is no future for us a pair? Right now I don't care. Because even if it was for just a moment, you were mine. You were my everything. My happiness and my life."
"Zim there is something I want you to know," Dib said. "No matter what happens tomorrow I will forever cherish this moment. And if this is over too fast I will make every last moment last."
"Maybe I'm brainless," Zim said. "Or maybe I am wise but for the first time in my life I feel... like I have something to fight for. As long as your mine Dib-love, As long as you are by my side If the invasion goes off tomorrow or not I will have won the world."
