Knock knock.

Blaine should've known it wouldn't take Eli long to arrive. The guy was worse than Sebastian and he'd always had a thing for Blaine. It was weird to think that once upon a time he'd been naïve enough not to notice.

Blaine walked to the door and opened it. There Eli sprawled, with that arrogant grin on his face and his tousled brown hair framing his tanned skin. You wouldn't think it would be possible to sprawl in a doorway but Eli made it possible.

"Hey sexy." he drawled.

Blaine blushed.

"Please don't call me that."

Eli shrugged.

"It's what you are."

He strode into the living room and then made his way upstairs. Blaine followed.

Eli found Blaine's room and sat down on the bed.

"So, what are we doing tonight?"

"I was hoping we could just talk."

Eli groaned.

"You know I'm no good at that!"

"I have a boyfriend. We're not doing anything else." Blaine said firmly, before adding "You can leave if you want."

"I can try talking." Eli said quickly. "So, tell me more about this guy. He must've messed you up pretty bad if you're asking me over."

He patted the space next to him and Blaine reluctantly sat down.

The next thing he knew, he was telling Eli everything. It was nice just to let it out and be listened to for a change. Eli was very good at making Blaine uncomfortable, but at least he paid attention when no one else did. Finally, Blaine finished his little speech.

"Wow. You really needed that talk." Eli noted. Blaine gave him a small smile. "I think I know what you're missing."

Eli leaned forward, breaching the space between them and kissed him and for a second – one horrible second – Blaine kissed him back. It felt good to be appreciated by someone, anyone. But he quickly came back to his senses. This kiss was nothing like the soft brush of Kurt's lips against his. He broke away.

"Get out."

Eli smirked.

"What's the magic word?"

"Now!"

Eli rolled his eyes, stood and headed towards the door. He turned just before he left the room.

"You know Kurt's not the right guy for you."

Then he closed the door.

Blaine put his head in his hands. What had he done?
