This story was inspired by listening to Keep Holding On by Avril Lavigne and watching inspiration videos and this almost exact thing that I wrote about. It truly moved me in a way I really cannot describe. I hope you all enjoy it :)

Inspiration of Time

(Keep Holding On by Avril Lavigne comes on and a camera comes on and Riku is smiling and holding a medium-sized poster in front of him)

Hi. My name is Riku

(Riku smiles and holds up another poster that says something different)

I'm 17 years old and have one awesome friend and an amazing boyfriend

(Riku continues to smile as he holds up the next card before frowning slightly)

But I have some secrets that no one knows about

(Riku turns his head a bit before looking back at the camera as he holds the next card in front of him)

Let me tell you what they are

(Riku takes a deep breath as he holds up the next card)

I used anorexic

(Riku smiles lightly as he holds back tears before pulling up the next card)

And a cutter

(Riku frowns deeply as he places the card down and puts another card in front of him)

I tried committing suicide twice

(Riku swallows as he lets his head go back for a split second before taking a breath and looking at the camera again with another card in hand)

The first time I was unsuccessful

(Riku looks straight into the camera with a sad frown as he pulls the next card up in front)

The second I almost lost my life

(Riku takes a shaky breath as a single tear rolls down his cheek as the card is placed with another)

I was rushed to the hospital and barely made it alive

(Riku looks away as he wipes the tear quickly and shakes his hair out of his face before lifting the other card)

I was lucky though because it wasn't my turn to go

(Riku smiles again as he pushes his hair out of his eyes for a second time)

I almost lost my life because I held everything back from my friends and boyfriend

(Riku's eyes light happily as he smiles cutely)

But now I tell them everything because I know there here to help me

(Riku looks at the camera directly as he holds the card proudly)

My message to you is that no matter how much you feel like cutting

(The card flips over as Riku smiles brightly)

Or how much pain you may be in

(Riku puts the card down before licking his lips a bit and pulls up the next to last card)

Let yourself know that your friends are always there to help and guide you

(Riku smiles a warm smile as he holds the final card up)

Be happy and know that every one of your friends loves and cares about you

Riku flips the card over holding it up high)

Even me :)

That night, Riku looked out his window and smiled a million smiles as he held a sleeping Sora in his arms knowing right there that he had everything he ever wanted right there with him.
