Professor Layton and the Infinite Moon

Prologue

"A magician, huh?"

"Yes, indeed! He's starting soon."

Though he knew he shouldn't be away from the Professor too long (or maybe not at all), Luke approached the black tent. On both sides of the outside were a large circle with the astrological symbols lining around. On the inside...

The inside was quite astonishing. The floor was marble, and decorated with constellations; it was as if Luke was walking on the Milky Way! Candles and various objects lined shelves in the back, behind the stage.

"Welcome, ladies and gentlemen!" A man stood on the stage. He was dressed in a dark robe and shades. "I am Remus Lunatio, and tonight I have a special show! May I have a volunteer? Ah, you, boy in the blue!"

"M-me?" Startled, Luke stepped forward.

"Now, let me set up for this..." A blast of smoke, a slight tremble, and shouts rang out. Luke found himself sprawled on the floor of a dimly lit room. A few torches, one held by a young woman, cast a glow and revealed a chamber with plenty of doors.

The woman handed the flame to Luke. "The door behind you should get you out."

"Huh? Oh, a puzzle lock..."

"My friend left me this note. I think he means to tell me where we're meeting, but I don't understand alpha-numeric code all that well.

"Umm, let's see... 1=A, right? And 2=B, I think. Agh! I'm going to need some help."

"Ah, I think I've got it!" Luke opened the door. Swinging shut behind him , it extinguished his light and left him blinded by the dark. The lock clicked. "Hey!"

"Oh, I'm sorry! Was that the wrong door? I always get so confused. I'd get you out, but I'm not smart enough to unlock it."

Trying to adjust, Luke noticed it was as gloomy as everywhere else. He could barely see the paintings on the wall.

The woman's voice was faint, but he heard her say, eerily, "Don't worry, you'll have company soon."
