It was a nice day in the Bom-Bom kingdom. Cheerful White and Cool Black were chatting while playing DS, Bookworm Green facepalmed himself as Giant Gold tried to ask Cute Pink on a date for the millionth time. Just then, Acrobat Aqua came frantically rushing over to them.

"Pink! Pink! Have you seen my water bomb?!" she asked, jumping up and down.

"No!" Pink shouted at Gold.

"Jeez, you don't have to be so rude about it!" Acrobat Aqua glared at Pink, thinking she was talking to her. She stormed away.

"Huh? What?" Cute Pink noticed Aqua storming off towards Cool Black and Cheerful White, "Aqua?"

"So anyway..." Gold said, "Why don't you want to go out with me?"

Cool Black sighed in frustration upon losing once more. Cheerful White giggled.

"Sorry, Black, maybe next time!" White laughed.

"You've been saying that since THREE MATCHES AGO!" Cool Black snapped.

"Ok, ok, jeez." Cheerful White said. He noticed Acrobat Aqua running up to them.

"Hey Aqua, why the rush?" Cheerful White asked.

"Have you guys seen my water bomb?" she asked hopefully.

"Nope." said Cool Black.

"Sorry, I haven't either." Cheerful White answered.

Acrobat Aqua sighed and walked off. She sat down on the hill and gazed at the sky.

"I need that bomb for my performance this afternoon!" she cried out desperately.

A small blue Bomberman was walked by when he overheard she aqua-coloured girl crying.

The Bomberman, known as Kid Blue, decided to walk over and talk to her.

"Uh...h-hi!" Kid Blue nervously approached her, "I-I noticed you were looking for your water bomb, and, uh, I-I just happened to find it just- er, lying around..hehe..."

He pulled the water bomb out of his pocket and handed it to her.

"Oh...! Thanks you so much!" Acrobat Aqua felt like hugging him, but was held back by shyness, "So, where did you find it, exactly?"

Kid Blue sweatdropped and his face turned bright red.

"Uh-uh, well...y-you see...I kinda...took...it...I only did it as a joke!" he added quickly, "I-I didn't know you desparately needed it! I-I was g-gonna give it back!" he stammered like crazy.

Acrobat Aqua just stared at him.

'Ohhh...she's never gonna talk to me again...' he thought to himself. He just sighed, turned and walked away.

Acrobat Aqua stared after him. Then her eyes softened.

"Wait! Kid Blue!" she ran after him.

Kid Blue sat on the bench a short distance away from Cheerful White and Cool Black.

"I blew it. My first chance with a girl I like and I blow it!" Kid Blue said to himself sadly, "Now I understand why Bookworm Green says he's too smart to get involved in things like romance." he started sobbing.

A ball-shaped hand touched his shoulder lovingly. Kid Blue jumped and turned around to see Acrobat Aqua's face looking down on him. At first he thought she was angry until he noticed that her eyebrows did not look angry.

She sat down on the bench next to him.

"Listen, Blue, don't hurt yourself over this." Aqua said in a calm, soothing voice, "I'm not mad at you for stealing my water bomb. I'm glad you were honest and gave it back. And I do care about my water bomb, but I care about my friends even more." she put her arm around him, "Especially you." she winked at him.

Kid Blue blushed more than he naturally blushes. Eventually they hugged, both their faces flushed a soft red.

White, Black, Green, Pink and Gold all watched them as they continued to hug each other warmly.
