I dont own the characters, valve owns left for dead 2 and whatnot :P
I glare at Ellis, he stands on the bottom of the hill chanting for me to go "Common Keith, do it, do it!" I was pretty excited, i was gonna go sledding in July down a hill that from the looks of it teetering on the drop sitting in my tiny sled, looks very steep.
"Ok I'm going, you have that first aid pack right? Just incase" i yell to Ellis.
"Yup, just go this is gonna be an awesome story to tell people later, were like going to be famous!" he says enthusiastically, obviously proud with his idea, then again we do all types of 'stupid' stuff like this, but what are ya suppose to do during the zombie apocalypse?
Suddenly the sled tips a bit and I'm speeding down the hill, wind ripping at my face i glance in the direction I'm going, perfect I'll hit the bump and hopefully if all goes well land in the kiddie pool Ellis stands next to.
"WOO HOO!" i scream with joy soaring through the air after the jump, fortunately it worked and land in the pool with a splash.
"Wow Keith, man that was amazing, do it again?" he says.
"nah not today i feel like doing something else" I say "Maybe we should go around- like in the city to look for people." I say waiting for Ellis to react, sure we had to deal with zombies, an those weird things that jumped on the ranch every once and a while...hunters we called them, luckily we always shot them first before they got one of us.
"I dunno Keith, we're already low on ammo but out there there's no fence keeping the suckers away" Ellis replies, maybe i could talk him into it
"\but maybe we could find Carrie, you know since she was in the city that weekend and everything, maybe we could find her."
"well yeah i guess so" Ellis was deep in thought for a minute, Carrie was his girlfriend before the zombies started coming and he hadn't heard from her in a while...
"so lets go, whats stopping us, it'll be our next great adventure!" i exclaim petting Ellis on the back walking toward the house, packing a bag full of stuff you need to survive the apocalypse other then avoiding the zombies; coke, first aid pack (especially with Ellis around), and guns.
Later that night Ellis and i were ready.
"Here we go Keith our next adventure awaits!" Ellis says as he and I climb over the fence walking towards the unknown...
