Three hundred years. That's how long Jack Frost was left alone. He only caused trouble to attract attention. Every year, he would prank the Easter Bunny. Every year, he would break into North's workshop. Every year, he would annoy the Halloween spirit, the Wicked Witch of the West.
Every year, he would stand still, watching. Waiting. Waiting for someone, anyone, to look at him and see him. Not through him.
It was three hundred years before Jack Frost had friends. And believers.
It took three months for the other Guardians to persuade him that they weren't going to leave him alone. That they were a family. And family means no one gets left behind. Or forgotten.
It has been a full year now, and he is waiting for the Guardians to forget him. Just like they did every year.
A/N: How'd you guys like it? And did anyone catch part of a Disney quote in there? Please review!
