I, obviously, don't own Glee or its characters. If I did, there would be more Klaine scenes!

My Tumblr prompt was to write a drabble based off of the phrase "Will you read it to me one more time?" This is what I came up with. Please, read & review! Enjoy! :D

Kurt picked up his copy of the New York Times and gasped. There, on the front page, above the fold, was his husband. He was singing in the picture, and the header read New Talent Has New York Humming. He ran back into his home and then into the bedroom.

He hopped on the bed, nudging his husband who was snoring softly. "Blaine! Blaine Hummel! Wake up! I have something important to show you!"

Blaine rolled over with a groan and looked up at Kurt with droopy eyes. "You couldn't let me sleep for five more minutes?"

Kurt shook his head and help the newspaper up to Blaine. He had the satisfaction of watching his eyes grow to the size of saucers and see the grin spread on Blaine's face.

"I'm in the paper," Blaine stated in awe. He looked up at Kurt, his happiness evident. "Read me the article?"

"Well, I'll just read you the little blurb because the article is really long, and breakfast is almost ready," Kurt raised his eyebrow with a smirk. "You can read the article when I go to finish it."

Blaine nodded at him with a small smile on his lips. He sat up against the headboard, gesturing for Kurt to sit beside him. Kurt obliged and sat beside him, planting a chaste kiss on his lips before rummaging through the bedside table drawer to get out his reading glasses.

When he found them, he perched them on the end of his nose and read aloud, "Blaine Hummel, new to Broadway, was highly successful in his first musical on the big stage last Friday night. We have high hopes for this young new star. Today, Broadway. Tomorrow, Hollywood."

Kurt looked over at Blaine as he finished, wanting to see his husband's reaction. Blaine was staring at Kurt with an awestruck smile on his face. His eyes were misty as he tried to speak, but only incoherent noises came from his mouth.

He pulled Kurt's face to his and kissed him passionately, taking in a deep breath when they parted. "They liked me. They actually liked me," he whispered, still slightly awestruck.

Kurt smiled at him. "I knew they would. You knew they would. I'm so proud of you."

"You know I want you to be," Blaine smiled, his eyes growing every more watery. "I'm so glad we're together, Kurt. I love you."

"I love you too, Blaine," Kurt smiled at Blaine, "and I'll love you when we're in Hollywood in our mansion."

Blaine snorted and nodded, "Mansion. Right." He paused for a moment and then whispered, "Will you read it to me one more time?"

"Of course," Kurt nodded as he began to read the blurb again.
