Bio: For years, Carrie has been abused at home by her unstable Christian fundamentalist mother. Since first grade, everyone bullied her for her strange, religious ways, her outdated clothing and her unattractive , when Carrie is 13, her mother moves the family to Beacon Hills. They moved in right next door to Scott. Carrie gradually discovers that she has telekinetic powers. She tries to keep them under control, even though she is continually pressed to the limit. One day, finally, in July, she snaps on her mother. This is the first Scott ever heard her name.

Scott McCall had seen his fair share of abuse. His father had beaten his mother, Melissa, when Scott was young. Melissa couldn't explain to her young son what his father was doing was wrong. When Melissa finally filed for divorce, the McCall patriarch was asked to leave their home. When he wouldn't, Melissa her and her son to Beacon Hills. After the divorce was finalized, Scott's father disappeared. Though he never had to deal with his estranged father again, his presence lingered in their home. His mother had an ever present frown. In his 8th grade year, a new family moved in beside them. The White's were an odd family with an even odder religion. Some nights, If you listened carefully enough, you could hear ms. White shouting and chanting bible verse and a hell of a lot about blood. And in the dead of night, you could occasionally hear mysterious thumps.
One day day, in the summer of grade 10, Scott heard the most bloodcurdling scream emit from the house next door. She'd finally snapped. The front door slammed and he saw the girl on the sidewalk. A chill ran down his spine. The shutters went to and fro. The door swung wildly on its hinges. Ms. White stepped out the front door.
"Carrie!"
The day time stood still in July was the day Scott McCall learned the girl's name. Carrie.
