#1 Most accidents happen at home
It was another of those days where the demons were peaceful and the exorcists had nothing to do. On many such days Chrono had the questionable honor of assisting the Elder. Unfortunately or fortunately, depending on the experiment most often this meant to clean up any mess the Elder made during his work. Today was such a day. The demon stood alone in the room and eyed the chaos surrounding him.
With a resigned sigh he went to work. First he put on a pair of gloves (just in case) and then started to sort out the bigger pieces littered all over the floor. There were bullets, guns, phials with questionable content, several screwdrivers and things he simply couldn't identify. It's true, even though he had lived here for nearly four years now, he had never seen those things before.
One such unknown thing seemed to be some kind of bottle or something like that. Inside was a green see-through liquid. The lid was really strange. It was formed like a balloon and felt rubber-like. It was very fascinating for the demon. While walking through the workshop he lightly shook the bottle. The substance started to glow a bit because of that action. It looked nice and made a soothing green light. Chrono shook it a bit harder.
At that moment the Elder came back from his more than necessary shower only to find his assistant playing with a rather dangerous experiment of his. As he saw the demon shake the bottle even harder he tried to call out a warning but by then it was already too late.
Suddenly the liquid began to glow as brilliant as the sun. Both scientist and assistant could only wait and watch in fearful fascination for what would happen next. Fortunately they only had a very short wait for after about two seconds a loud explosion was heard on the grounds of the Order.
