"Sherlock?"

"Yes John."

"What are you doing?"

"Trying to solve a problem."

"Sherlock?"

"Yes John."

"Why are there five patches on your arm?"

"Because John."

"Are there more under your sleeve?"

"Two."

"Sherlock."

"Yes John."

"Why for god's sake are there seven patches on you arm"

"Because you John Watson are a seven patch problem"
