Amanda & Simon drabble, during Second Bite. She knows she doesn't owe him anything - she's already given him everything she can.

Pairing: Amanda & Simon {duh :P} with vague mentions of Amanda and Nathan.

Set: During Second Bite, just after Simon asks her to go for drinks with him after work and she turns him down to be with Nathan.

Guilty

It's the stupidest thing in the world but when he looks at me that way I feel guilty. I know I don't owe him anything, I know that there's only friendship between us, I know I have no reason to feel guilty. I'm allowed to have a drink with an old friend – okay, an ex boyfriend. I don't have to answer to Simon.

But then he looks at me like that – like I'm betraying him by not spending time with him, by drinking with another man - and I feel like I do owe him something; something more than what I've already given him:
