This is a 'dream turned nightmare' for Danny Fenton, similar to Wedding Bells which was for Vlad. Enjoy and Review!

Lungs blazing, mind lingering, he stumbled to the edge of the metal strip that jutted from the futuristic structure. His brown cloak flapped wildly as the air rushed passed him. His energy and nerve were quickly deteriorating, though his enemy was barely affected.
Red eyes met ecto green orbs.
Danny cried out in pain when his foe struck at his side, causing him to lose his balance. He fell backwards, yet his hand managed to cling to the ledge at the very last second. Glaring down, he knew for sure that one false move would cause him to fall to his demise and become swallowed by the shadowy pit that floated below.
Vlad Plasmius stepped before him, an ecto-like rod with the bite of a blade resting casually in his grip.
Danny struggled to get to his feet once again, though a leather glove wrapped around his throat and brought him into the air. He gagged and fought against the man who simply smirked at his futile efforts.
"Don't resist it. Give in to the dark side!" he sneered.
"Never!" he cried. "You killed my father!"
Vlad brought his face down to Danny's, smiling devilishly.
"No, Daniel," he whispered. "I am your father!"
The teenager's eyes widened and, with hands clawing at the air desperately, threw his head back while screaming, "No!"
Danny Fenton kicked and twitched in his bed, finally freeing himself from the tangle heap of blankets. Still screaming, he jolted awake. The familiar surroundings of his bedroom assured him that it was all just a dream.
He fell against the board of his bed frame and drew a hand to his forehead.
"What a nightmare!"
