A/N: This is the sequel to "August15." I watched the season premiere for "Ghost Whisperer", so don't be surprised if there is some stuff that might be familiar.
"The Morning After"
Peggy woke up the next morning feeling…..how was she feeling? She had just admitted her feelings for Declan to him, he kissed her passionately, and she still has to go get her x-rays done in…..ten minutes! She quickly showered, got dressed and rushed off to the hospital.
"Well, there seems to be nothing wrong," says Dr.Richards (who oddly enough, looks a lot like Dr.Levine, but Dr.Richards swears up and down that they are not related), "Everything looks normal."
"Thanks," said a relieved Peggy. Just then, she saw Declan and Miranda out of the corner of her eye. She was not expecting them. Still, she smiled in their direction.
Miranda and Declan were waiting outside the x-ray room when Peggy walked out. "Well?" said Miranda.
"I'm fine," replied Peggy, "Nothing's wrong."
"Peg, can we-" Declan started.
"I have to get going." said Peggy abruptly. She started to walk off when Dr.Richards and Dr.Levine approached her. Declan and Miranda had to do a double take when they saw the two doctors.
"We're going to have to take those x-rays again," said Dr.Levine.
"There were some exposure problems," added Dr.Richards.
As Peggy walked back into the x-ray room, she noticed a man that didn't look like either doctor or Declan. She began to wonder, "Is that who I think it is?"
