knew how hard Sam's fight had been to overcome his addiction to Daemon blood...

Dean finally understood Sam's past torment. Not a want, not a simple craving, addiction went way beyond that. His whole body heaved, tortured by unfulfilled, brutally gut clenching, need. Every cell pulsated with the greedy desire to see, catch, kill...And white fire burned within the mark. Moving around unrestrained, Dean told himself he could be stronger than Sam had...Dean's thought's drifted further; how might them both experiencing this lust for blood at the same time look? Dean smiled chillingly, his eyes darkening, picturing the possibility...Him killing, spilling the blood; Sammy down on his knees, lapping it up...Dean's need dramatically increased.
