Dragon Ball Z: Sosei Saiyan
Prologue
A/N: This chapter takes place after GT. Hope you like!
Gohan Slowly opened his eyes and smiled sadly at what little family he had left. His wife Videl had died many years ago along with his mother, Bulma, Yamcha, Krillin, Tien and Chioutsu, The only ones left from the original Z force were himself, Vegeta who also was close to the end, Goten, Trunks and Pan, lastly Goku had never returned after flying off with Shenron. The old man had live a long, hard life and he knew it was now time to take his place in the otherworld..
Gohan spoke up in his raspy, tired old voice, "Please come h-here Pan." Pan, looking like an emotional wreck, left her husband Trunks and walked up to the bed.
"Y-yes Daddy?" Pan asked while fighting to hold back the tears.
"Please T-take care of yourself Panny, I'm gonna miss all o-of you, but it's my time. With the last of his strength Gohan smiled up at his baby girl and placed a hand on her cheek, with the smile still present he whispered out, "I l-love you so much Panny but please don't be s-sad. Just know I-I couldn't b-be more p-proud…" The smile left the old man's face and his hand fell to the bed. His eyes lost that little gleam of life and everyone present finally let the tars flow free.

Gohan opened his eyes and could see nothing but darkness all around him. (This isn't right…) He thought to himself. (I should be at the check-in station.)
Suddenly a bright golden light exploded out of the darkness and blinded him. When his eyes began to adjust he could see a beautiful woman in white robes holding a large silver staff.
"Who are you?" He questioned defensively but when he heard his voice he was shocked. "What the hell?" He looked down at his body and that confirmed it to himself. He was only twenty again.
"Do not be alarmed. " She said not moving an inch. "My name is Fate, I am here to guide you. You have been given a second chance Son Gohan."
"A second chance? What are you talking about?"
"I mean, you will be reborn. You will still be known as Son Gohan but you will be a different person. That's all you need to know because soon you wont ever remember any of this. Now, enjoy your new life while it lasts." With the end of her short explanation, Gohan watched in wonderment as her eyes began to glow golden. He looked into the golden orbs and suddenly he could see his life moving backwards before his eyes.
The distant memories came flooding back to him like they all happened yesterday. As he got down to earlier memories of his teen years his body began to change with the images in the memories he saw of himself. Soon he was changing into a preteen then a kid then a toddler before finally reverting back to infancy. The very last thing Gohan remembered was his mother's face smiling down at her first newborn after giving birth. It was then that the infants mind was completely wiped fresh before he blinked out of thin air.
Fate was left alone, smiling, before she too disappeared from the dark void.
