Ok I read a Rachel/Finn story and I'm trying to find it again. I remember random things about it so see if you can help please. Puck and Quinn kept their daughter named Grace. In the beginning of the story Kurt was helping Finn find an anniversary gift for Rachel. There was a snowball fight and a Christmas or new years party. There was a sleepover and prom or homecoming? And I think there was something with Rachel and Finn in a hot tub where she gave him a cd and he gave her a necklace. Sorry if the details are choppy. Please help?
