STUBBORN AS A MULE

"I'm comin' too," Dean stubbornly insisted, rubbing furiously at his forehead, trying to abate the abominable ache that resided there.

"No, you're not," Sam's reply was equally stubborn.

"I'm not letting you go question this Maurice Micky Mouse guy alone!" Dean's head throbbed harder, and he bit his lip to contain a groan.

"It's Maurice Mickelmoss, and you are not going. YOU have a concussion."

"Big deal."

Sam shook his head. "How many fingers am I holding up?"

"Two."

"Try again."

"Umm…four?"

"Ye-ah…no. You're not going."

"Sam…"

"I'll be back in an hour. And if you behave…I'll bring you pie."
