What does the Dark Knight do to prepare for the holiday season?
As he starts his nightly trek, first he needs to get his utility belt prepped and ready.
(1. Take out decorations) Check
The Gotham City Police receive a tip about one of the major freaks in action. They switch the Bat Signal on.
(2. Turn on lights) Check (Had help)
He hops into the Batmobile and drives through blizzard conditions from stately Wayne Manor.
(3. Get rid of snow in driveway) Check
On the police ban he learns Poison Ivy is going on a rampage with a hoard of Christmas trees brought to murderous life.
(4. Listen to holiday radio station) Check
Dealing with Ivy he learns that the trees form a hive mind so he goes after the main one and puts it out of commission.
(5. Find the perfect tree) Check
Later the Joker tries to brainwash him with a mixture of mind altering drugs and subliminal messages placed in psychotic cartoons.
(6. Watch holiday specials) Check
And the Joker fails
(7. Watch something else) Check
Killer Moth breaks into Gotham First National and tries to "withdraw" everything he can grab before Batman "deposits" his fist in Moth's face.
(8. Make charitable donation) Check
Batman strings up the Penguin for trying to smuggle heroin in tack snowglobes being sold in the Iceberg Lounge giftshop.
(9. Cook the Christmas goose) Check
He leaves the four villains hanging from a streetlight in front of Police HQ.
(10. Deck the halls) Check
Before he goes home, he subdues a couple of muggers giving a convenience store clerk a hard time. He ties them up for the police.
(11. Take care of last minute gift shopping) Check
So, it seems that's duties are-oh, wait! He's almost forgot~
The store clerk is busy sweeping up broken glass when he hears the sound the doors make when they open, then close. On the counter, a fifty dollar bill, a receipt, and a note. "Keep the change".
