apparently I ship Doctor Two Brains with Word Girl.
okay now I just want to clarify that Wordgirl/Becky is 24 years old here, and Doctor Two Brains is 35.
Doctor Two Brains felt like something was wrong, Word Girl looked tired and sick.
"you alright?" Doctor Two Brains felt a little worried.
"y-yeah" Word Girl answered in a quiet voice.
Doctor Two Brains leaned in closer "Hmm you're awfully red Word Girl, I think your getting a fever."
He was so close to Word Girl that she could feel him breathing on her, She had an urge to kiss him, but it felt so ludicrous.
Word Girl looked disappointed, she wanted to tell him how she felt but she was scared it might ruin the friendship.
Doctor Two Brains rubbed his neck, "Maybe you need some rest or something."
"y-yeah it's getting pretty late anyways" Word Girl said weakly.
Word Girl tried walking to the door, but when she made it halfway she almost fell.
Doctor Two Brains caught her before she fell, "woah maybe you can just stay here for the night."
Word Girl smiled, "o-okay."
Doctor Two Brains placed her on his bed, then he pulled a blanket over her, "You'll sleep here and I'll sleep on the couch" he gave her a warm smile.
Word Girl yawned, "can you just stay here for a while?"
Doctor Two Brains rubbed his arm, "uh alright for a while."
Word Girl was smiling away, she turned off the lights and then switched on a lamp.
Doctor Two Brains looked confused, "what are you doing?"
Word Girl sat down then hovered up a little without knowing, "I'm just changing the lighting, I mean I am going to bed soon aren't I?"
She noticed she was hovering then she pulled a blanket over her legs so she wouldn't hover up again.
Doctor Two Brains crossed his legs and rubbed his hands together, "alrighty then what's new?"
"I actually have something to tell you" she blushed hard.
Doctor Two Brains leaned closer, "do tell."
Word Girl took a deep breath, "I think I'm in love this guy, but I don't know how to tell him how I feel about him" she pretty much backed out on telling Doctor Two Brains that she was in love with him.
Doctor Two Brains leaned back, " well, this seems like the time you had trouble with your speech at the school, just let it out naturally."
Word Girl looked down, "what if-"
Doctor Two Brains interrupted her, "Or Instead you can just do something, actions say more than words." there was a silence again, he didn't think he got the expression right, he shrugged.
Word Girl sighed, "Alright." she hugged Doctor Two Brains, then it hit Doctor Two Brains, Word Girl was in love with him.
There was a long silence, except neither of them broke the hug, Word Girl felt like this was wrong but it felt so right.
Doctor Two Brains slowly leaned a little to Word Girl, he could just hear her heart beating as he got closer.
Word Girl looked hesitant, then they kissed, they both had their mouths closed, it was just an innocent kiss.
When they pulled apart with a tiny smacking noise and opened their eyes.
There was another silence, "I-I'm in love with you too Word Girl" he smiled.
