Red and white candy canes,

Drawing pictures on frosted window panes.

Celebrating the birth of Mary's Son,

The reign of Our Savior had begun.

Shepherds on the hill nearby,

Angels singing in the sky.

Couples meet under the mistletoe.

As their parents did many years ago.

Christmas shining bright,

In the starry night.

Landscape like a Rockwell scene covered with snow.

Young children's faces seeing Santa are a glow.

Little boys playing with new toys.
