"Daddy, why are you bleeding so much? Are you going to be alright daddy" asked a confused six year old girl as she kneeled over her father's body
"It's okay, daddy's going tobe finePumpkin, promise me you'll take good care of your mother and brother. Daddy's not going to be around anymore, so you have to promise me okay? Are you listening?"
"Don't say that daddy; you're going to be fine. I'll go get mommy, she'll know what to do" said toddler between sobs.
"NO! Don't bother your mommy, she's… she's busy right now. I love you, you know that right? No matter what happens or what anyone says, I love you, your brother and mother so much"
"As much as the sun shines right?" said the girl trying to cheer up for her father
"Yes, as much as the sun shinesI love you Don't worry I'll never be too far. I'll be wherever your heart takes you. Live well my darling.."
"Daddy? Why aren't you answering me? Don't leave me daddy, I miss youDaddy?DADDYYYY!"
Kagome shot up from her dreadful nightmare, sweat coming down her forehead. Thank god, it was only a dreamthought Kagome. She sighed and got out of her bed in her mini apartment, and did her morning routine. Shower, breakfast, and she headed off to school. As she got in she broken down car, she thought of her dream again. The scared and frightened girl in her dream was someone she knew very well. If it happened once, it can't happen again thought Kagome. She shook her head to get hide of that awful sight. But deep down, she knew what she was really afraid of. If she didn't listen to him and didn't do as he told her, he'd kill her brother and mother. She didn't have a choice. He'd kill them like he killed her father…
Author's note: sorry the story's so so short. I'm a beginner so don't hate. When I get the hang of it, it'll be better. Trust me.
