PROLOGUE! Thanks to everyone who reviewed my first fic; Gara-chan,
Brittanie-chan, Rin-chan. Thanks for helping me in my tough time by
reviewing. I hope this chappie isn't too angsty, cuz that's what my friend
said. On with the story! Sorry guys but I have to get the Yu Yu Hakusho
fic outta my head before I do Rurouni Kenshin again. Hey if any one reads
these top scripts let me know by typing elephant. I took Chiki-dono's idea
who thought of this first. I just don't want to repeat things over and over
again. I CAN'T SAY IT!!! I DON'T OWN YU YU HAKUSHO!!! T.T (A/N I did not
use Tomoyo from Card Captor Sakura!)
Dreams of our Future A man with dark red hair falling just below his shoulders shouted as he administered the first blow to his opponent. This was his toughest and final opponent. 'Why am I fighting?' he asks himself. 'I'm up here and down there; is that possible?' "Rose Whip!" his alter ego shouted. He held his whip of thorns adorned all over, and let it come crashing down on his adversary, the demon's blood splattering all over the ground. His companions were still ensued in the heat of battle. Kurama watched himself bend on one knee and say, "They surprised us." His breath came in long, ragged gasps as looked across the battlefield. "How could such a beautiful garden be splattered with evil's own blood? At least it's over." Their sudden confrontation caught the Yu Yu gang off guard.
"Kurama." A voice in the shadows gasped. The voice interrupted his train of a thought and he followed the voice to see a woman limping, weighted down with the serious wounds covering her body. She was dressed in a royal blue kimono with silver cherry blossoms and a silver obi to match, all stained a dark crimson with her blood, as well as her long, straight, raven black hair matted with a mixture of blood and mud. This sight shot fear up his other self down there, Kurama noted. But it also scared him how something so innocent looking could be in such a state.
"Tomoyo, my god!" he rushed forward to stop her fall as she plummeted to the ground, begging for her to open her eyes. She was barely breathing to add on to his list of worries. When she opened her eyes at long last, silent tears full of pain flowed freely down her face. Kurama looked into her grey eyes which clearly spoke of two emotions: pain, and love. Tomoyo looked up to see him start to sob, despite his demeanor. 'He's crying for me' she thought. Tomoyo reached up to touch his face, wiping a fresh onslaught of tears that erupted. "Please. don't cry for me. Kurama," she whispered, her life slipping away as he cherry voice was reduced to a hoarse whisper." I...love you. Don't forget me." She said firmly, before closing her eyes. Tomoyo's held fell limp, just like the life that once belonged to her.
"Tomoyo!" Kurama kept shouting capturing the attention of his comrades whom were starting to recover from their wounds under Yukina's power. Kurama looked down at his sobbing self. He realized that he too had tears sliding down his face, which he did not notice until then.
"Tomoyo!" they both shouted.
Kurama was jerked out of a deep sleep. He glanced at the clock. 4 am. Great, another sleepless night. He wiped his face, only to find fresh tears. 'It felt so real.' "What a strange dream." He muttered to himself.
A/N How was that for the prologue even though fanfiction.net counts it as the first chapter. This isn't the first fic I've written, but This fic is the first one that has chapters and I plan to make this as long as I can. If this is messed up, then tell me. I was half asleep when I wrote this so it's not really good. Please no flames that will make my cry. T.T(^- ^)Please R&R. No reviews= no more chappies. Come on! You know you want to.
