Moshi Moshi!

This is actually a passage from my own horror story I write in my spare time but I tweaked it a bit to fit Izaya in instead of the original character.

This is all from the works of my messed up mind lol so do enjoy.

*WARNING*: pretty graphic descriptions here peeps. It's rated M because of it. No sexy fun times in this fellas. Not for the squeamish!

Izaya walked down the dark hallway, lighting her path with an old lantern. At this moment he really wished he had a flashlight instead. The lantern wasn't doing much to light his way. He sighed as he thought about how much he wanted to leave this place.

He hooked an abrupt left and felt a chill rush past him. He knows he's not alone. Narrowing his eyes, he stared into the dark void ahead of him. Something was following him. Like a predator stalking its' prey. Clutching onto his flickblade, he swallowed his fear and kept on walking, the lantern growing dimmer and dimmer by the second.

"Agh!" He exclaimed abruptly as he felt something brush past his legs. He fumbled with the lantern, dropping it on the ground. He snatched it up before too much oil could spill out, but it was already too late. "Dammit," he whispered as the lantern slowly faded. He was left in total darkness. He wasn't even able to see his hand right in front of his face. He might as well walk with his eyes closed as there would be no difference. He had no idea what it was that brushed past him and he had no way of finding out now. He could only hope it wasn't anything menacing. His grip tightened evermore on his flickblade, holding it out in front of him.

Blindly feeling against the cold wet stone of the wall to his left, he pressed on. He wanted so desperately to get out of this place he was in. Izaya blinked multiple times, hoping his eyes would adjust to the darkness but noting changed.

"Where are you going?" a soft whisper met his ears. He froze for a second as he could feel a looming presence behind him. He could feel the energy the person behind him was emitting and in an instant, the hallway was lit by torches on the walls. He turned his head slowly, unsure if he wanted to know who was behind him.

A tall man stood before him. He had black hair that was tied loosely in a pony tail at the nape of his neck. He wore a plain black long sleeve shirt and dark pants tucked into dark boots that had orange lining. Just beneath his eyes was some strange marking that Izaya couldn't quite make out in the flickering light. His eyes were most unsettling, however. They were yellow and evil looking, like that of a snake.

For some unexplained reason, Izaya knew this person was named Cell. He had no way of understanding how he came upon this knowledge, but it just floated into his mind. He also knew just how dangerous and truly terrifying this person was. If you could even call him a person.

"Are you going to run from me?" Cell asked as his yellow slits bore into Izayas crimson eyes.

Izaya willed himself to do something. To say something. His body just refused to listen. It seemed as if he were frozen in fear, but no, Izaya Orihara is not a slave to these emotions. He tried to collect himself. He was never one to let his emotions get the best of him. He met Cells eyes with an even glare and with what he hoped to be a monotone expression.

"What's wrong, Izaya? Cat got your tongue?" Cell smirked, his yellow eyes becoming lit by the flickering light. "Come here, I'll help you with that." He reached out a hand and gently caressed Izayas cheek.

He took a large involuntary step backward and mentally cursed herself. Cell raised his eyebrows and covered his mouth with his hand, letting out a tiny chuckle.

"Are you that scared?" He shrugged with an apathetic look on his face and hugged his body. "You're not really that interesting to me so I'll just leave you to it then." He waved a hand and turned around, walking away from him. Izaya let out a small sigh of relief as he watched him go. He turned around to continue his trek, rejoicing at Cell and his infamous habit of becoming bored easily.

"However I'm pretty hungry so I guess you'll do." Cell whispered in her ear. He had moved so fast and so silently, that Izaya hadn't even noticed. In seconds he felt a sharp pain in his side. A large black snake with the same piercing eyes had appeared, as if out of nowhere. The snake had lunged and sunk it's fangs just below his ribs. He winced as he involuntarily jerked back, tearing the wound as he ripped free from the snakes jaws. Cell laughed menacingly as a few more snales coiled around him and slithered their way toward the informant.

Izaya grimaced as he turned and took off at a dead sprint down the hallway, not even caring about where he was running, the pain in his side becoming numb thanks to the adrenaline rush. He need to leave this tower now.

"Thinking of leaving?" Cell asked as he appeared in front of him. Izaya wasted no time in dropping to the floor and sliding underneath him as Cells snakes lunged for him again. He quickly regained his balance and continued running at his normal pace. Cell teased him as he appeared infront of Izaya again. Izaya ducked out of the way and he let him pass, laughing at his now labored breathing. "That's not very fun. I like watching my prey suffer." Cells voice rang in his ears. Izaya shook his head anxiously as he had to slow his pace slightly, the wound in his side throbbing. He felt the warm blood runnning down his pant leg. He knew there would be a turn coming up. He didn't know why, but he just did.

"Dammit all." He let out in exasperation as he ducked when he heard a loud hiss. He could hear Cell laughing behind his and before he knew it, he hit a wall. He missed the turn he was feeling for. He missed the turn. He missed the turn. Izaya pressed his back against the wall and watched as Cell made his way toward him, the torches behind the yellow-eyed man going out, one by one, the impending darkness slowly making it's way toward him again. As Cell was only two torches away, he held out a hand and his smirk morphed into a maniacal grin as his favorite snake reared up with the others.

"I wonder what sound you'll make." Cell laughed as all the snakes struck at once. Izaya had shut his eyes tight, involuntarily, and had been waiting for the snakes to pierce his skin, but instead, he felt them collide with the wall against his back. In seconds, he felt himself falling. When his mind registered what was happening and his voice managed to form a strangled cry, he had made contact with the broken wooden fencing that surrounded the tower.

He felt the fence collide with his back and let out a raspy groan as he watched it rip through to is stomach. The pain was too immense and he could feel gravity trying it's hardest to pull him down further on the fence. He coughed weakly as tears began to pour from his eyes. A warm liquid he assumed was blood spilled from his pale lips. He let out a strangled sounding groan as the wood split a bit and he slid down the the fence, splicing him open further. The last thing his stunning crimson eyes registered before he faded was Cell smiling down at him from atop the fence he was skewered upon, dragging a finger through the blood trail and bringing it up to his lips, letting his long snake like tongue lick it off.

Cell stared down at Izayas impaled body. He had to admit, he wasn't expecting this outcome. Albeit he enjoyed it far more than what he expected. He took a moment to observe the humans body, blood dripping from his mouth to the ground below like a leaky faucet. The warm liquid was trailing down the fence pole as well, creating a small, expanding pool at the base of it. He muffled a fit of hysterical laughter at the sight of the corpse. The part of his body the fence protruded from was working hard to keep his organs inside but he could see that the way he was run through, his intestines were being ripped from him. Then he lost it. His laughter spilled from his mouth heavily as he summoned his snakes to feast on the informants body. He leaned down and looked Izaya in his lifeless crimson eyes. "Simply marvelous show."

Izaya woke up in a pool of sweat, eyes wide and breathing heavy. He had that nightmare more times than he could count and it only went away when he slept in the arms of a certain blond beast. His face fell into an unhappy scowl as he reached for his phone and dialed the number.

"Shizu-chan," he spoke to the sleepy sounding voice that begrudgingly answered. "Get over here now."

I decided to make it Izayas dream instead. It felt too cruel to just kill him like that D:

Also, Cell is my own character and he's not even the worst I've got in my brain O_o

Lemme know if you liked it and I'll cook up some more for you guys!
