Yami and his little brother are being abused by there father. Yami must protect his little brother from there father even if it means him taking all the abuse. I sink at summarys, but i think it this will turn out a good story. Please check it out. It is

A/N: Yami is 8 and Yugi is 5.

Ore wa zutto anata na soba ni
Chapter One

He heard the door slam. Yami curled up in a ball under the bed.
He knew his farther would not find him for a while since the pa;ace
was so big.He hear a shrink. Yugi, How had He forgotten about him?
He rolled out from under the bed, and took off running down the marble
hall. He heard slapping to his left and ran into the library.Yugi
was curled up in a ball in the corner.Yami and yugi's father was
beating him. Yami ran between the two. "Stop!" Yami said. "Don't
hurt him, if you have to hurt someone, hurt me! " Yami shouted. He
knew his father would hurt him bad but he couldn't let his little
brother be hurt. Poor Yugi was already hurt enough from there father.
The pharaoh had beaten Yugi really bad when he was four and Yugi had not
spoken since.There father, being the pharaoh and all, was normally busy,
But when he hurt them, he hurt them bad.
