Tails and Cosmo : New Years *ONESHOT
It was a dark, starry night, a day that would signify a new year.
Sonic, and his gang were at a party, a party six months after Cosmo
made her sacrifise. Tails sat at the corner, sighing. Those
six months had hit him the hardest of them all. This was the first time
in six months that Sonic, and the others had saw Tails. Tails
was strangely different. He wasn't speaking a word during the party.
"What's wrong with Tails?" Amy whsipered to Sonic.
"He's still upset about Cosmo, I guess. I haven't talked to
my little brother in six months! After the battle, he told
us all to stay away, and he built high-tech security to keep
us away! I misss my little brother." Sonic sighed, he looked
down in sorrow.
"THE COUNTDOWNS STARTING!" Knuckles shouted causing Sonic to lift
his head.
"Ten!" All on Mobius, but Tails shouted.
"Nine!"
"Eight"
"Seven"
"Six"
"Five"
"Four"
"Three"
"Two"
"One!"
"HAPPY NEW YEARS!"
Tails closed his eyes, a tear came down his cheek. After that,
Tails opened his eyes, he was in a land, different from the party, like
he disconnected from the world.
A figure appeared in the distance, it started to speak in
a voice ever so faint.
"I've too been in pain and sorrow"
"And where I am, there's no tommorow"
"I should be at peace"
"But I can't release"
"I no he who hears"
"Happy New Years"
The figure approached Tails. As it got closer it was revealed
who it was.
"C-Cosmo"
