Secrets of the quiet
It's only feelings
It can't do much.
It's love it's hate,
It's sensitive to touch.
Feelings get you through tough times,
Even if it's the reason its tough.
It makes you really happy,
Like there was no tomorrow.
But feelings can kill you,
It can bring you sorrow.
Feelings.
An odd word, isn't it?
I've felt quite a few,
Sad, happy, mad."
But I'm in love with you.
These were the secrets of the quiet. The ones that put up a guard, like a bully, a punk, or even…
A bookworm.
No one knew, no one could ever know. HE could never know.
Her feelings were true, and it was only towards one person. No other guy. No one else could make her feel that way.
The way he smiled, made her heart swoon. It made her feel like even if there was gravity, if she didn't have all the weight of the books she carried around with her she would float away. Everything was slow motion when he was around, but still everything was faster than superman running at full speed. Nothing made sense. She didn't know anything, but the way the corners of his mouth curved upwards, and the way his eyebrows would move around when he was amused. How he shook his hair out of his face, and the way his eyes would let down that shield he would hide behind.
And that was only when he smiled.
She wasn't obsessed. She was in love. It was the only thing that was real to her, but it was also the thing that she hated so much. It was a curse she was unknowingly born with. The curse only SHE knew of.
Everyday he would be there. Just waiting to hurt her, waiting to watch her cry, waiting to see her unhappy. But if he only knew how sad she already was because of his. He wouldn't dare taunt her. Would he? Yeah, he would.
Her heart strated to pund when she thought of his eyes. Icy blue, yet, so warm. She wished they would melt, just for her. So they wouldnt shoot such piercing looks at her. So it wouldn't hurt her whenever he looked at her. But sometimes, those eyes would melt, and they became two deep blue oceans. So warming so caring. But it never stayed that way. only once in a lue moon, did they melt, just for her.
Just once she wished he would talk to her, in a loving way. Just once she wishe d she could gather up her courage and speak out. To anyone.
So he could know her secret. But he could never know...
"Mudblood." He taunted as she passed him in the halls.
He didn't know the secrets of the quiet. Never intended to.
Never will.
bad ending? too lame? tell me. REVIEW!!
