Alex Russo had just woken up. The sun shined. Everything was normal, right?
Except the fact that it wasn't, at all.
Alex was in Lima, Ohio. She remembered everything; being mad at Mason, casting that spell, having to move. That's why she wasn't in New York right now.
Rachel Berry had her morning rituals, she'd wake up at 6am, she'd get dressed, she'd sing, then she'd have breakfast and after that she'd go to school. That's why she'd gotten slushied again, because she arrived at the same time as the jocks. That's why she met Justin Russo. Justin Russo was everything her boyfriend Finn Hudson wasn't, perfect, smart, a gentlemen. He was also prettier than Finn.
Alex thought Rachel was weird, but she discovered she shouldn't tell Justin that, because he thought she was holy or something. Alex didn't care, she'd met the headchearleader, Quinn Fabray, who invited her over at the cool girls table. That's why Alex heard everything about Santana's sex life.
Theresa Russo decided that Alex should join Glee Club just like Justin.
That's why Alex was now singing. That's why Alex thought Will Schuester was kinda awesome.
That's why she was annoyed with Rachel. That's why Puck asked her out and she said no, and Puck said Rachel was hotter anyways, causing Finn to be mad.
Alex thought Finn was kinda cute, not as cute as Mason, but he would do. That's why Alex was crying now, because she missed Mason. She knew she should hate him and that she'd cried over him enough, but she also knew she couldn't hate him, because she loved him so much.
Finn and Alex had to work in pairs for spanish, but they were finished early because Alex's mom had helped them. That's why Finn told her he broke up with Rachel, That's why they were making out now. That's why they got togheter.
That's why Justin tells Alex that Finn is dumb. That's why Alex almost casts another spell but hits Justin instead. That's why she is smiling now.
Finn and Alex decided to marry even thought they were only sixteen. That's why they have kids now and it's also why they are togheter for 12 years now. That's why Justin realizes Finn wasn't dumb. That's why he realizes he wants to be in love for once...
