I know everyone has their own opinion on Cadet Ashley Seaver, I personally don't mind her... but I picture this going down when the team returned from the case. LOVE GARCIA!

The team finally arrived home from their recent case, the fact Cadet Ashley Seaver almost got herself killed just wasn't acceptable in anyone's eyes because she knew she shouldn't go alone, anywhere. The fact she was there, was a privilege. A man was forced to be shot dead because of her, a little girl had to hear her father die. That fact made Penelope Garcia very angry, she was livid. She stormed down the hallway towards the Bullpen and walked to the group standing in front of Derek Morgan's desk. There she stood, right next to Morgan, Cadet Ashley Seaver. She walked up to the group and pointed at her
"You, come with me." She said in a voice that was dripping in frustration.
The entire team just looked at their typically jolly tech and then back at each other with looks of confusion. They weren't far from earshot when they heard Penelope give their new Cadet an earful.
Penelope stood there with her hands on her hips and pointed her finger in Cadet Seaver's face before saying,
"I don't know who you think you are but I don't EVER want you to do that again. " She paused long enough to point in the direction of her team, "That team, the team that took you on case with them, even if they knew they shouldn't, is MY family. You don't mess with my family. You almost got yourself killed because of some repressed guilt. I understand, your life was hard but that is how we get in this business, isn't it? Morgan is my best friend and the most important man in my life, he watched his father die in right front of him doing a cop's job. Hotch, just recently held his DEAD wife in his arms after an UNSUB tracked him down, to destroy his life. Rossi, is the closest thing I will ever have to a father since my past away when I was 18. Reid is my baby boy, he's my little brother, I see that love struck expression, and little lady, you mess with his heart… you deal with me, he took care of his sick mother his entire life while being a genius in Las Vegas public high school. No more sneaking off, you will do as Hotch tells you. Do I make myself clear? I sit here in my office and will my babies to come back in one piece and I need you to do whatever you can to make that happen."
The stunned Cadet just nodded her head in compliance before she just looked down at the floor. Penelope then shocked her, from the obvious confusion on Seaver's face, by saying, "I'm willing to open my heart to you, and let you become part of this family but don't you EVER pull a stunt like that again. Morgan wouldn't even get away with that, his dreamy eyes and all. Get it, got it, good."
Penelope walked back to her family and saw they were surprised at her outburst. She smiled vibrantly before saying, "A wise woman once told me, you do whatever it takes, to protect your family. I was just protecting my family." The group just huddled around here for a group hug.
This was a new journey, for everyone but Penelope knew she'd always be there, to protect her family, her currently growing family.
