Skye wasn't expecting it would happen. At the first sight of Josh Shannon, she thought she was in love; in real. But after she saw Maddie …
She believed it is love. The damn thing is that freaking Mark Reynolds that promised to marry the girl.
"Mad," she called the Shannon girl.
"Yep." Maddie recalled, yet facing Skye; her eyes never leaving her projector.
"I need to tell you something …," Skye bit her lower lip.
"Shoot." Maddie said as she rolled so she was leaning against her back.
"But you probably would hate me." The young Tate said.
"Oh, come on; you're Josh's friend. If I hate my older brother's best friend, I won't be alive tomorrow." Maddie joked. Skye smiled a little then bitted her lower lip again. "Oh, come on, Skye Alexandria Tate. Gimme whaddaya got." Maddie smile's a little bright.
"I love you." Skye said.
"Wh—Pardon?" Maddie squint her eyes.
"I love you." Skye said in immediate.
"Oh—wow." Maddie answered in awe.
"Oh God—I'm going out now—" Skye just opened Maddie's door when a hand held her own tightly.
"No. Stay, Skye." Maddie pleaded.
"Why?" Skye asked. "You have Reynolds."
"I don't love him." Maddie raised one of her shoulders.
"Are you saying that you—MMPH!" Skye's word was cut by Maddie.
She realized that Maddie was actually trying to say that she loves her back. In the middle of their kiss, Skye smiled a little as she savoring Maddie's mouth with her tongue.
It is love. It's not lust.
