i don't own anything, except for the Starry Eyed Girl parts, i made those up along the way lol.
Starry eyed girl, what do you see in those eyes full of constellations shining bright?
She sees everything around her in a blur. It's red and orange and black and grey.
And just a hint of pink.
The world suddenly spins and she finds herself staring up at the starry sky, the constellation of Aquarius shining brightly in her tear-filled eyes.
She sees a pink flash coming to her before everything blacks out.
Starry eyed girl, what do you hear with those ears that have listened to the voices of the stars?
She hears her name. At first, it's faint, but it gets louder and louder until it's ringing in her ears.
"Lucy!" The manly voice repeats again and again until his voice cracks and he's choking on his own sobs.
She hears him sniffling as the rumbles of the crumbling buildings around them get louder and louder.
"Please. Please Stay." The voice says.
And she wishes she can.
Starry eyed girl, what do you feel in that heart of yours that carries a thousand galaxies?
She feels his hands wrap around her cradle her in such a way that she wants to respond, but can't.
She feels his forehead on hers and its hothothot.
she feels his tears fall on her cheeks and his breath on her mouth and she desperately wanted to cry. To move. To do something, but she can't.
It's then that she realizes what she wasn't able to tell him and she feels as though she is crying because she loves him so much and she never told him but she had a feeling that he knew.
He always knew.
And she feels the stars in the galaxies of her heart align.
Starry eyed girl, how do you feel now that your time has come, your suns have gone and you're just a black hole?
She thinks that it's okay.
Even though she would never wish to leave, she thinks that it's okay.
They'll be okay. She's okay.
It's her time and she accepts it gracefully.
She's spent a fair amount of time with them and she'd never forget them, no matter where she is.
And she only hopes that they won't forget her.
She'll always love them, but it was her time to join the stars and she could not refuse.
She was at peace.
And the starry eyed girl found peace in the stars, the heavenly bodies that she loves so dear.
