Hi Everyone! After reading that Amira will leave this week I thought I would write about my version of the events! I know Christian isn't back yet but I thought it would be better with him :D
This is my first FanFic and R&R would be appreciated loads! Enjoy x
She's Gone
Holding his daughter in his arms Syed looked up only to see Amira walking off with her usual rhythmic footsteps. Syed struggled to understand Amira's complete change of mind. He turned to his fiancé on his right who had the same confused expression as Syed whilst also gazing at Amira. Suddenly realising what Amira had done, he automatically passed Yasmin to Christian and ran.
"Amira!" He cried. "Amira!"
But she kept walking towards the station.
"Amira, wait!"
Ignoring him still Amira walked through the gates, not looking back. Syed was desperate for an explanation but was stopped as gates closed in front of him. He frantically looked for his Oyster card in his jeans pockets as Amira continued to walk away. Before Syed lost sight of her for good he looked up at her as she climbed the stairs and saw her wipe a tear from her almond eyes. All Syed was left with was the echo of her heels tapping on the marble floors. Without knowing, Syed turned to see Christian by his side with Yasmin reaching out towards her dad.
"Sy?" Christian asked. There was a hint of worry in his voice.
Silence.
"Sy? Are you OK?"
Syed looked up and smiled at his daughter and lifted her out of Christian's arms and she nestled her head under his chin. He then looked up at his concerned fiancé and smiled again.
"Yeah. I'm fine."
"You sure?" Christian looked up at the stairs that Amira had previously walked up. "What was all that about?"
To be honest, Syed wasn't too sure himself. She'd said nothing. Just passed their daughter to him and walked away. For so long she'd refused to let Syed be a part of Yasmin's life and when she did she refused Christian access to her daughter. Everything was a continuous struggle for Syed ever since Amira had returned to Walford. Her presence had caused so many problems including Christian leaving him when he needed him the most. The only good thing that had come from it was his beautiful daughter.
Hearing a quiet snore, Syed looked down at Yasmin who'd fallen asleep in his arms. Despite what Amira had just done, everything seemed perfect now.
"I guess this is it." Syed said.
"What is?"
"This." With his free hand Syed wrapped his arm around Christian's waist. "Us three."
