Chapter 0
Summer cursed when Ozpin had said this mission was going to be difficult, she hadn't expected a pack of Ursa Alphas. "You could walk away, I'm feeling nice," she taunted, as she drew her weapon: Full Rose, a rifle which, through the magic of transformation, could turn into a trident.

The largest Ursa let off a blood-curdling roar and charged. "Doing this the dark way then," Summer quips, her face dark. The closest Ursa swung at her, an attack that never had a hope of hitting. Summer back flipped over the claw; a smirk evident, even under her white cloak.

She gently squeezes the trigger of full rose, a round of dust leaves the barrel and embeds itself inside the hide of the offending Ursa, setting it on fire. Her eyes dart around the forest clearing, her battle has attracted an audience, and it's not made up of human or faunas.

"Ok, well, its been a pleasure, but ladies and gentlegrim," internally she chided herself, she'd picked up Tai's habit of making puns too quickly, and she wasn't very good at it, "I've got places to be and two daughters to look after, I'll see some of you around. Or hopefully not." She muttered the last part under her breath and prepared to activate her semblance.

Summer, in her concentration, didn't notice the nevermore overhead, and she didn't notice that it had shot several feathers at her. She did notice, however, when the first feather pierced straight through her gun, causing the dust rounds to explode in the chamber, sending her flying.

"Dust dammit." She cursed getting back to her feet and looking around, she was alone, far from any kingdom, without a weapon and surrounded by Alphas and Majors. A single tear tracked down her cheek, "Tai, Yang, Ruby, I'm so sorry."

She looked up at her original assailant as it raised a burnt paw to strike her down. She raised her arm, though her aura was spent, and smiled weakly at the ground, "Thus kindly I scatter."

The bladed paw hit her, and she blacked out.

She awoke with a gasp. A quick glance told her she wasn't in the lost territories anymore, in fact, she appeared to be in an elevator. She quickly pushed herself to her feet and reached for her weapon, though she didn't find it.

"Where am I?" She muses aloud. The wounds from her battle were healed, and she felt refreshed, it was almost as if she had never taken the mission from her old headmaster in the first place.

"Floor 0 – Viewing area." The elevator states in a synthesised voice.
Summer gulped, viewing area for what? Was she in some sort of cheesy villain headquarters where someone was going to make her watch a new weapon? Was it her someone else was going to be viewing?

Whatever she'd been expecting it was not what she found. The room was painted red, rose red to be exact, the carpet was a deep black and the ceiling as white. The furthest away wall hosted a massive screen, closer to a cinema screen than a television. Dotted between her and the screen were various seats which summer had seen before, right from the new couch in her living room to Ozpin's, hopefully accidentally, phallic themed chair. To the left of her was a table made of oak wood, similar to her kitchen table, which was bare, besides a plate full of cookies and a stack of different coloured paper plates. To her right was a pile of blankets and pillows.

"Ok, this is not what I was expecting from the afterlife." She speaks,
humorously, and she picks up a cookie. As soon as she removes the baked good from its plate another identical one takes its place, "I take it back, I never want to leave."

She piles a white plate high with cookies, wraps a white deep red blanket around herself, and settles down on the couch.

The screen activates, showing a message in white text: "Welcome Summer Rose, I, the author of fate, have brought you here for one reason: I wish you to see the future after your death, then after I shall give you a chance to change your actions, to not die. However, for the sake of your sanity and defiantly not my enjoyment, you will not be alone. After an episode, any characters who are allied to your side and who were shown or mentioned in the episode will enter the room, much as you did. Good luck. Oh also, almost forgot, when you want to continue to the next episode, just say 'Next Episode' goodbye again, and good luck."

"Right, so either someone is pranking me, or fate is forgetful." Summer states, sarcasm dripping from her voice, she then sighs, "Well I suppose at least I'm alive, Next Episode."
