A/N: Hi thanks for trying it out =), I hope you like it and will leave you comments below.

POV: ...
The sunshine felt good on my skin, I was glad I was aptly dressed to cope with how hot it was. I wore my green shirt and dark denim jeans with a pair of converse. I tried to absorb all the rays into my skin as I knew where I was going didn't even sell it. "Are you sure you've got everything honey?" I looked at my mother, tears threatening to spill over. This made me feel sort of sad, yes Phil would take care of her but it had always been me and my mom y'know.
"Yes, stop fussing mom" I moaned, I used my right arm to hug her while I held my bag in the other. Beep Beep Beep.
All three of us spun around to look at the taxi driver who was Beeping at us. "Don't be such an idiot man" I shouted to him.
"Listen kid you better get out of my way, you're losing me passengers and money!"
"Who do you think you're talking to old man?" I started to walk toward him but Phil's hand on my chest pushed me back slightly. "No let me go, that guy's a tool!" My mum came to my side "Please honey" I could hear the pleading in her voice. I backed off slowly towards the airport doors.
It didn't stop me glaring at the douche driving past us. "Honey you can't go around starting fights like that, your father is the chief of police up there" Mom cautioned. My head bowed to the floor "Please do me a favour and try and keep your language in check too, your fathers...y'know".
I didn't want to make her any more worried or face the torrid of her tears so I agreed hastily. "Last call all passengers boarding flight JO5 C7832 please board the plane". I gave mom a proper hug this time and pulled my bag onto my shoulders.
"Take care of yourself kid" Phil gave me a medium five and leaned in to punch me on the back.
"Will do, look after my mom or you'll have me to deal with!" My threat was half hearted, I trusted Phil. "Good luck with the baseball" I taunted him.
"Thanks" his response was completely sincere, which made me feel bad for ribbing him.
"Right see you all" I waved and entered through the doors.
"Remember to call" Renee all but screamed, this time I didn't turn. I waved over my shoulder to acknowledge what she'd said.
The plane journey was boring, I had packed all my gadgets but nothing seemed to last too long. I hated to admit it but spending time with Charlie was playing on my mind. I mean we hadn't seen each other in a while. Phil had sort of become the stand in recently-
It was weird standing in the little Forks airport, in the rest of the country it would be a crime against the business population. There were wall length windows and white tiled floors, it seemed okay I suppose.
I didn't like standing inside like a loner so I stepped out to wait by the pickup area. As soon as I sat under the shelter it started to rain, I didn't have my Jacket in my bag because I had ignored mom when she said I'd need it at the other end. Rain waited for no one right? Welcome to Forks.
"Edward!" I looked around to my right to spot Charlie with his police jacket over his head and waving me towards him. I got up and pushed my trolley towards him pretending to feel the whiplash of the wind around me.
A/N: Nice to see you at the summit =) Where you surprised. Edward is a little bit more sensitive because of having to care for his mom but he is a typical dude, if you like you'll see .
Thanks for reading, now just er...this is a little awkward...
