"Seriously? We're going fishing? I mean, who does that anymore?"
Alaric suppressed a laugh as he watched the teenager's face gave him an incredulous look. This was beyond amusing.
"Yeah, fishing. I thought it'd be a good chance for us to bond a little."
Jeremy rolled his eyes; after everything that had happened in the last week, he could use the distraction, but he wasn't sure how this was going to help. He made a face, "But I've never even been fishing before."
Alaric smiled at him once more, "C'mon. it's easy. I can teach you how."
