Disclaimer: With great sadness do I admit that I do not own Harry Potter. Sad face.

A/N: This is my first attempt at RoseXScorpius. Hope you guys like it. Let me know If you think I should write more of this pairing. And Review. Please and thank you.

"Another one?" thought Rose, as she sat down at her desk in Transfiguration. For the fourth time this week, Rose had arrived in class to find an iris and a muggle quote on her desk. Today the quote read: "If this be magic, let it be an art."

Rose knew this quote well, as it was from one of her favorite books. She knew it as well as she knew all the others. In fact, Rose had come to the conclusion that whomever her secret admirer was, he knew her quite well. But, she simply had no idea who it could be.

Albus and Caitlyn sat down on either side of her as she continued to ponder. "Hey Rosie," said Albus cheerfully. Only when he didn't get a response did he notice her confused expression. "Ah, another one," Albus stated, noticing the pretty flower.

"Who the bloody hell could it be," cut in Caitlyn, slightly irritated. Knowing her, she should have figured it out already as intuitive as she is (though Rose would call it nosy).

"I haven't the foggiest," said Rose as class began.

It was Gryffindors in with the Slytherins in Transfiguration. Usually, it was Rose's favorite class, but today she could not concentrate in the least. All through class, Rose felt eyes on the back of her head, but every time she would look around, everyone either had their eyes on their teacher or on their notes. No one noticed a pair of grey eyes watching Rose.

Scorpius sighed and continued to sneak glances until Rose looked up once more and their eyes met.

Something clicked.

A/N: Ten points to whoever can name the person who wrote that quote! And you only get them if you review! Hint, hint; nudge, nudge.
