Miroku x Sango

I relaxed in the hot spring after a long day. "Mama, how did you fall for dad?" My daughter asks. "At first I didn't. I was more focused on saving uncle Kohaku. But Your father was one who would get any woman to do what he asks." I told her. "Really? Dad was like a fish?" I laughed. "Yes. But a fish hook. I was on fish in the sea that never took the bate until I was last. I can't even count how many girls he tried to charm before meeting me. Or one's after we met. But out of all of them, he chose me." I smiled at her. "Why the sudden interest?" Raising an eyebrow. "Well there is this boy and he confuses me with sis. He says he wants to be like dad. A hunter." That was surprising. "Uncle Kohaku does most of that. Your father only goes when uncle Inuyasha asks him to. That or aunt Kagome tells me he needs a hand and I send your father packing." I told her. "It's time to get out. Your father needs to take your baby brother in for a bath too." I added.

After we cleaned up I walked into my house and saw Miroku playing with our son. "Wee!" He looked so happy. "Sango." He said seeing me. "Look who it is. Mama is back." I smile. "Yes. And now guess whose turn it is now." Looking at Miroku. "Let's go, big boy." "Miroku," I ask before he leaves. "Yes." "Has there been a boy coming by lately? Our daughter says that there is a boy that comes over and bugs her and her sister. Says that he wants to meet you. To be a hunter like you." I tell him. "That boy. I know. But I told him that...after my son was born, That I was giving that life up." I looked at him shocked. "What?" "With our son, I want to be here with my family. With all of you." I was stunned by his words. "Miroku. If you do that-' "It's fine. I can still help Inuyasha as long as it's close by. No more than a day. While I was out, there was this woman who recognized me. And she asked if I was still made house calls." I crossed my arms. "And?" He shrugged. "I told her no. That I couldn't take hospitality too lightly. Demons were everywhere-" "You made an excuse?" "And I told her I was a father and husband." "ReallY?" He nodded. "Knock knock." Kohaku walked in. "And I did run into him. So, he is taking my place. I told people that I am retiring and that if they need anyone, to ask for Kohaku." He was smiling. I look to my brother. "Are you telling her that you're done?" "Yes. I am." I smiled and gave all three boys a kiss on the head. "Thank you. Now, I believe that two boys need to take a bath." Miroku laughed and left the house. "Now I'm all yours, Sango." "You were already mine, Miroku."
