Chapter 1 - its been almost a week since Cassie's dad dies and she hasnt heard from Diana Cassie's starting to worry and everyone's keeping secret's the circle might not be bound now but she can feel it she's sitting on her bed wondering what this stupid mark means it hurts so much and thats all she can think about that and how much power she now has because of this mark she walks over to where she hides her book and looks at every page for a description as to why this mark has appeared out of no where.
Adam has been feeling weird ever since he has touched the crystal skull he's been more attracted to Cassie and he wants to kill everyone in chance harbor who will get in the way of him and Cassie but thats already been done for him that was her dad. He gets a phone call from Melissa. "Adam, how do you feel about having our solo magic back?" she said " i feel free like i can do whatever i want." He replied " oh yeah um same im going out partying with Faye ill talk to you later." That was weird.
Faye and Melissa were out shopping for new dresses when they run in to four heart throbing sex gods and of coarse Faye had her charm on but they didnt seem to care for a word she said they just wanted to know where Cassie and Diana are Faye didnt take that too well " what is with this chick trying to get with every guy in chance harbor" "common Faye thats a bit of an over statment youre just jealous because you have this massive thing for Jake but all you guys will ever have is friends with benefits."
Jake coulndnt stop thinking about what his gradfather sent him and how much he wants to be with Cassie but knowing how much that will hurt Faye and she id the only one who when i hang out with her i dont think about my brother and wondering if his in pain or if he's happy. When i look out the window Cassie is standing at her's waving to me all he can think of is how beautiful she is her fantastic Blake smile and shes having a perfect hair day today but then again when isn't she.
Diana was dreaming about what blackwell her father said to her she still can't get used to the idea that blackwell is her father but she was re living that night her and Cassie killed their Father and how he said the other bellcoins will be going to Chance Harbor and all she could think of was if it was the right thing to do to leave the circle to fight there battles when she woke up she was in Las Vegas asleep in a hotel room next to Grant " Morning babe" he said once he woke up after five minutes of Diana just watching him sleep peacefully.
