Foreststar here! So, I had to shut down my OCs Needed story before I had enough. And then I had to write the prologue. So here's the beginning!
NOTE: I had to switch several powers, and changed a few names. To look for yours and be sure, look for your cat's description. I'm quite sure I left no OCs out, but PM me if I did.
Prologue:
The creature crouched upon the wet stones above the cave where the nursery was located. It's ears were pricked, listening hard for any noise. Then it came, faintly, over the loud pattering of the rain. The shriek of a she-cat giving birth.
The wolf crept forward, it's ears angled towards the cave to hear better, but it's eyes watching the area around it carefully.
As it came closer, it's lower lip curled in hatred and disgust. It has been a long time, but the wolf recognized the voice of Rivermist and Mosslight. A low snarl of hatred escaped it's throat, but the wolf quickly caught itself, silencing the growl rising in its throat. Luckily, the rain had prevented any cat from hearing it.
The wolf sniffed the ground, picking up a variety of scents, despite the strong smell of wild garlic that clung to his pelt. Cat, flea, plants, herbs, stone, blood, and several other smells hung in the air. The wolf crept into the cave, keeping to the edge.
"What are their names?" The medicine cat asked. There was a moment of silence.
A tom's voice spoke. "Ashkit for the dark gray tom, Darkkit for the black tom, and Flowerkit for the brown she-cat. Shadekit for the silvery-gray she-cat."
"That's wonderful names," Mosslight meowed.
Silence fell. Then a new voice spoke.
"Move aside. Let me look at them." The cat meowed. Sightheart. The wolf suppressed another snarl as he recognized it.
"Well?" The queen asked.
"Darkkit has a power. He can suck all the darkness in his presence into him, thus allowing him to brighten or darken a room," Sightheart rumbled. "Shadekit is near impossible to detect when she is holding still." His voice turned sneering and disgusted. "Ashkit and Flowerkit, however, are powerless. They are outcasts."
"At six moons, they shall be left," Mosslight declared.
The wolf felt a wave of disgust. How could these cats, with their mighty powers, be so ignorant to the pain and anguish they caused the outcasts?
The wolf peered into the darkness, straining to see the newborn kits. A dusky brown pelt flashed into view. Flowerkit. A gray pelt and black fur stood out against their mother's belly. Ashkit and Darkkit. Silver fur shone through the darkness. Shadekit.
The wolf turned around and silently left the den. As it climbed up the rocky pile surrounding the nursery, it thought it saw a flash of blue eyes. I probably just imagined it.
The wolf climbed to the top. In six more moons, he thought. We'll have two new members.
The wolf took off into the night.

Goldenbreeze- long-haired golden tabby she-cat with bright blue eyes, mate of Flashpelt, mother of Blackkit, Tallkit, and Softkit- controls the wind
Kits: Blackkit- black tom with large black wings and amber eyes, son of Goldenbreeze and Flashpelt
Tallkit- golden tabby she-cat with blue eyes, daughter of Goldenbreeze and Flashpelt- can grow in size

Ashkit- dark gray tom with a dusty-brown belly and blue eyes, son of Rivermist and Spiderstar- no powers
Darkkit- black tom with dark blue eyes, son of Rivermist and Spiderstar- can suck all the darkness in his presence into him
Flowerkit- dusky brown she-cat with blue eyes, daughter of Rivermist and Spiderstar- no powers
Elders: Sightheart- black and brown dappled tom with gray eyes- can see inside cat's souls
Beetleclaw- small black tom with slender legs, and dark amber eyes- can control insects
What do you think? Not much in this chapter. The wolf will be explained in later chapters. By the way, the main characters are Blackkit and either Eveningkit or Flowerkit (I've decided, I'm just not revealing it yet).
