Brooke stood next to Sam in the bathroom. Both girls looking into their mirrors, both waiting for the other to speak. Sam took the clip out of her hair, and brushed it again with shaking hands.

"Sam? Are you okay?" Brooke asked the brown haired girl, with worry in her eyes.

Sam put her brush down and looked over at Brooke and just simply nodded at her, before returning her eys to the mirror. After five more minutes at staring in the mirror Sam broke the silence.

The girls walked down the stairs hand in hand, and walked to the kitchen where there parents were sat.

Jane and Mike both looked up at the girls and smiled. "You girls seem to be getting along nicely." Jane said to the girls.

"Brooke is bisexual and I'm gay." Sam spoke up. Mike and Jane at their daughters with confusion on their faces.

"As in I like men and women, and Sam likes women." Brooke explained to them, worried they didn't understand.

Mike and Jane both sat there in shock, and then both burst into a fit of laughter. Sam and Brooke joined in with them. When the laughter died down Jane spoke up. "That was funny, we thought you girls were serious there for a few minutes." Then Mike joined in, "Yeah, girls that was a good joke, really got us on that on..." "We, er, we were being serious Dad." Brooke interupted him.

"Come on, you can knock it off now Brooke." Mike said looking serious.

Sam smiled at Brooke. "Yeah. I know. Lets go."
