This is all innuendo people. Let me just say that clock humor was some of the funniest stuff I have ever thought of, that's clean(ish). Enjoy!

She loved it.

He gave her her first clock.

In fact he gave her the only clock in her life.

The Water tribe clocks were said to be large but inefficient be cause they were sun dials. They seemed to work in the day time but when it really counted during the short days of winter, they could not perform because of the "lack of inspiration" aka the sun.

The Earth kingdom clocks were usually sturdy and mobile. But would crumble if you added any pressure. They never worked well under stress and were only good for stationary placement. Katara saw Jet's clock once but it was more of a watch than an actual clock and its spring popped so she told him he should "find somebody else to fix that."

The Air nomads were the most mysterious because they were not seen in over a hundred years. Katara was actually the only person to see one so far, but she left quickly because she was unimpressed.

Finally the clocks in the Fire nation were said to be the most intricate and beautiful. They were rumored to be very large and the longest lasting of all clocks. Some even said that when their clocks strike the next hour, they would spit fire.

Katara felt more intrigued by Fire nation clocks than any other kind of clock. So she went to her boyfriend to understand them better.

They were sitting near the turtleduck pond and talking about why their previous relationships ended and why their relationship was going to be different. Katara told him "well supposedly your clocks are better than the ones in the the rest of the nations," as she giggled.

Zuko told her, "You have no idea. Would you like me to show you?" He looked at her with a raised eyebrow.

She was speechless, but nodded yes.

They made their way back to his chambers, where he preceded to take his clock out.

Katara kept her eyes on him as he took his clock out and she gasped in awe at it.

He asked her "Is this the first clock you've ever seen?"

She answered sheepishly. "No. But your clock is the most impressive."

They moved toward the bed so that she could relax and study the fine clock that Zuko had. She observed that it was just like a grandfather clock by the log pendulum.

When she reached to touch the pendulum, he stopped her saying "If you stop the simple gravity of the pendulum its spring will definitely pop."

With that she let him show her his amazing clock. She was surprised that instead of it being a grandfather clock it was more of a cuckoo clock by the way that it moved.

The bird of his cuckoo clock kept going in and out of the house very erratically after a while. She knew she had found the right clock when the the hour was up and the clock breathed fire.

After an hour passed clock struck and Katara screamed "It's time!"

LOL ^_~ So that was really strange clock innuendo. If you didn't get it, and you're an adult, then I didn't do my job right.

That was really fun though. Review please I enjoy them.
