Victoria was running. Her long, fiery red hair swirled behind her, and she was moving faster than the human eye could see.
A full-blown army of figures moving just as fast as she was flanked her on both sides, though diverse in features, their blood red eyes were all locked on the path ahead.
Victoria`s lips curved into a wry smile, their party coming closer and closer to the destination. Victoria let out an exhilarated bout of laughter.
Today was the day. The day she had been planning for months, the day her James would be revenged. At long last.
Victoria stood at the ballet studio wreckage, the building was but a pile of cinders, and everything was blackened and dead.
She cried out in despair, her grief taking over. She trembled, and hair quivered in the midnight wind.
Her wild, ferocious eyes darted over the building, and she took in a breath, and spat on the ground.
Each of them, the ones responsible, and their filthy scents percolated in the air relentlessly.
Victoria turned her back, knowing what she must do.
They must pay; suffer for what they did to James.
Their lives were the payment Victoria would take.
James snarled at the retreating car. He sniffed the air, and the human`s aroma was obvious, and oh so inviting.
Victoria suddenly appeared at his side, brining a gust of wind with her, and echoed his growl. Their eyes were pitch black.
They knew what they wanted, and would settle for nothing less. The human`s blood, they would savour every last drop.
James laughed out, an insane, cold sound. It bounced off the trees, and interrupted the silence.
"Oh, they can run, but they can`t hide." James`s sandy hair blew in the breeze, and his skin glistened like the moon.
Victoria sat on a rock, by a trickling river, her hair shining in the moonlight.
She dipped her hand into the water; the cool liquid ran over her skin and froze, as if it had been struck by chemicals.
The small pieces of ice clung to her fingertips, hanging like icicles.
She crushed them into dust, and watched the powdered ice blow away.
She was close, her plan was almost complete, only a few more details, and it would be complete.
Victoria`s lips twisted into a smile that unnerved.
She would get revenge; it was only a matter of time.
