A one-shot I wrote. Ridiculously stupid and cheesy. And yes, it's USUK.
Disclaimer: I don't own Hetalia. If I did, that would be epic.
Enjoys!
Arthur came home from the world conference meeting. For some reason, Alfred had left early, claiming he had something that needed to be taken care of. He hadn't come back.
I hope that git hadn't gotten him in trouble, Arthur thought. N-not that I care.
He unlocked the door and walked into his living room. There, on the coffee table, was a bouquet of apple blossoms, still fresh. A white card bearing his name was lying next to it. With trembling hands, he picked it up and read:
England,
The apple blossom symbolizes promise. I have it here to symbolize the promises we have made and broken. All over your house, I have placed flowers, each symbolizing something. For the next, go into your bathroom.
-A Friend
Confused, but curious, Arthur dropped the note onto the table, and picked one flower from the bouquet to carry with him. Inside his bathroom, on the sink, were pink carnations and another note.
The pink carnations symbolize gratitude. I am grateful to all the things you have done for me in your life. Next, go to your dining room.
- A Friend
I know who it is now, Arthur thought with a smile. For fun, I'll play his little game. Taking a carnation, he left.
The dining room yielded yellow chrysanthemums. Knowing the routine, Arthur picked one and read the note placed there.
Yellow chrysanthemums are given to people to show they have a secret admirer. By receiving these, you are one of these people. It's amazing what flowers can say when a person's too afraid to talk. Check your kitchen.
-A Friend.
I see what this person's getting at, Arthur realized. They're trying to symbolize all their milestones with me.

In the kitchen, Arthur was presented with sweet peas. Adding one to his apple blossom, carnation, and chrysanthemum, he read the note.
The sweet pea symbolizes shyness. As the last note read, it's amazing what flowers can say. Go check the hall.
-A Shy Friend.
There shouldn't be much left. There aren't enough rooms in my house, Arthur thought. Holding his flowers, he ventured into the hall, which held lilacs and yellow tulips. Confused at the two, he hoped the note would clear things up.
Lilacs symbolize first love. At first, I wasn't sure what my feelings meant. Then, I realized I was hopelessly in love, (The yellow tulips). There's only one type of flowers left. Go upstairs.
-You Probably Know Who this Is.
I bet I do, you git, Arthur thought and smiled. Six flowers still in his hand, he walked up the stairs. With each step, his heart beat a little faster. Why am I so nervous?
When he reached the door, he took a breath, and opened it. Sitting on the bed, waiting for him, with a huge smile on his face, was Alfred.
"I knew it was you, git," Arthur said with a blush.
"Blushing again, Ig," Alfred pointed out.
Hoping to change the subject, Arthur asked, "What's the last flower?"
Alfred hopped off the bed, and pulled out the flowers he had hidden. "Red tulips."
"What do they mean?"
"A declaration of love. I looked them all up on the internet," Alfred smiled, and then walked up to Arthur. "I love you, Iggy."
Arthur smiled. "I love you, too."

Taking the tulips and his other flowers, Arthur filled a vase and dropped his flowers into it. He smiled. A promise, gratitude, a secret admirer, first love, shyness, hopelessly in love, and then a declaration of love. He was glad to have them all.
